Everyone is requested to be seated by 9:30am at the latest. Children 10 years of age and older are permitted to attend Satsang (children aged 10 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult). Children under 10 years of age must go to the Family Area accompanied by a parent or family guardian who is at least 18 years of age. Although wearing face masks is no longer mandatory, for your own safety it is strongly recommended that you wear a face mask inside the Satsang Hall.

Seating
The sangat must be seated by 9:30am. There will only be chair seating in the Satsang Hall. Those who wish to be seated together should arrive together. Reserving or holding seats for others will NOT be permitted. For the safety and comfort of all, please cooperate with the sevadars.

Simultaneous Translation
All the Satsangs and Question & Answer Sessions will be simultaneously translated into Bulgarian, Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek and Spanish. A designated area with headphones in the Satsang Hall has been arranged for this purpose. This area is divided into two zones:

  • Zone 1 for Dutch, French, German and Spanish.
  • Zone 2 for Bulgarian, Czech, English and Greek.

Please note that there are limited seats in these zones. If you wish to avail of this facility, please contact your coordinator / secretary before the 28th of February 2023.

Hearing Impaired
A small section within the simultaneous translation area has been equipped with a facility for the Hearing Impaired (original audio amplified for hard of hearing). Those wishing to use this service, are requested to remove and switch off their hearing aids and put on the headphones (hearing aids not switched off will cause interference with the sound system). A designated channel has been assigned for this purpose. Please note that there are limited seats in these zones. If you wish to avail of this facility, please contact your coordinator / secretary before the 28th of February 2023. Please note that there is no T-switch system available.

Mobile phones, electronic games, cameras, binoculars, laser pointers, iPads, laptops, tablets, MP3 players, smartwatches, fitness bands, or any other audio & video recording device must NOT be brought into the premises. Tobacco including e-cigarettes and lighters are also not allowed in any area of the Satsang Centre. Anyone with any of these items must leave them in their vehicles, if not they will be required to deposit them at the Lost and Found Counters situated in all the parking areas. Note that the deposited items can only be collected upon your departure from the centre. Large bags, food and drinks will NOT be permitted inside the Satsang Hall. Only a small handbag will be allowed inside the Satsang Hall. To avoid delays and long queues, please refrain from bringing any of the above mentioned restricted items.

Photography and audio/video recording using any electronic device including mobile phones is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Note Taking
It is Master's wish that we take full advantage of his presence and do not spend time and attention taking notes. Therefore, you are kindly requested to refrain from taking notes during the Satsang and Question & Answer session. The taking of notes and the passing of such notes to others by any means, including email and social networks, is strongly discouraged.

Family Area (those attending with children)
All children under the age of 10 must go to the Family Area accompanied by one parent or family guardian, who is at least 18 years old. Children aged 10 to 12 years may use the Family Area (but must be accompanied by one parent or guardian) or go to the main Satsang Hall (also accompanied by a parent or guardian). All Children over 12 years of age must go into the Satsang Hall. The Family Area will open from 7:00am until the end of the Satsang Programme. Parents or guardians may network among themselves to help care for each other’s children, but these arrangements should be made either in advance or made outside the Family Area before entering. Once a parent or guardian has entered the Family Area, he or she will not be allowed to leave the Family Area until after the Satsang Programme is over. Parents or guardians will be required to remain with their children the entire time. Once the Satsang Programme is over, family members picking up their relatives from the Family Area are requested to wait outside the facility for their relatives to exit, as no one is allowed to enter the Family Area after Satsang. For more details please click on the Family Area tab on the left.
